“Bridal hair is really relaxed and loose this season which makes a nice change from the structured harsh up-dos of late. No matter what style the bride chooses, it should be worn with a loose wave and with as little product as possible; lots of shine and movement.
Braids and plaits are so on trend right now and a perfect way to remain in style on your big day without looking overly fashion forward which can date easily; from a full on French plait to subtle small braids throughout long, loose waves can be incorporated easily and will look classic and chic in photographs.
I always advise my clients to work with as natural a colour as possible on their big day as the photographs are around for a very long time! This season Blondes should opt for vintage creams, champagne blonde and soft rose gold tones to warm up their colour. Similarly Brunettes should keep their hair natural and shiny with copper and caramel tones to add shimmer and depth.”
